As the founder of Butterfly Speaking, Coaching, and Consulting, Amanda brings over two decades of experience from her dynamic career at the European Space Agency (ESA). A distinguished Tedx speaker, Amanda holds engineering degrees from prestigious universities in the UK and USA.

A Journey Through Space and Innovation:

• Space Agency Experience: Spent 20 years at ESA, including significant roles in the Earth Observation Future Missions Division and on international space station projects.
• Leadership at ESA: Amanda led the Investing in Industrial Innovation (InCubed) program and was the inaugural head of the Invest Office at the ɸ-Lab in Italy, scaling the program's reach significantly.
• Industry Impact: Spearheaded the first ESA co-funded program aimed at commercializing the Earth Observation sector, managing everything from satellite development to the creation of market-ready apps.

Transition to Coaching and Speaking: Having achieved her professional dreams, Amanda shifted her focus to helping others realize theirs. Her exit from ESA in 2022 marked the beginning of a dedicated pursuit to empower professionals through personalized coaching and transformative public speaking.
